Sire creator Michael Dolce branches out with upcoming projects for Image Comics and Zenescope Entertainment.
With New York Comic-Con less than a week away, Sire creator Michael Dolce is proud to announce his involvement in two new projects in '08, one for industry leader Image Comics, the other for fast rising publisher Zenescope Entertainment.

Up first, Dolce will be coloring the all-new series M-Theory, part of the Shadowline run of books at Image Comics. Dolce initially worked with creator Dwight MacPherson on the Silent Devil one-shot Lil' Hellions back in 2005. M-Theory, his first ever project for Shadowline is slated to hit shelves in the fall. More info to come as the book gets closer to release.

At the same time M-Theory is happenning, Dolce will also be penning the script for Grimms Fairy Tales #29, Zenescope's flagship title. Fans may recall original SIRE series penciler Dan Leister made his way over to Zenescope following issue #1 of Sire: Revelations and Dolce has since followed suit. GFT #29 hits stores later this summer.

Sire fans needn't worry though, with all the new work coming, the SIRE TP is still scheduled to hit stores in May along with some future stories down the road. Keep checking www.mikebooks.com for future announcements.

And anyone in the Tri-State area that wants to meet Sire creator Michael Dolce and current Return to Wonderland artist Dan Leister, be sure to stop by New York Comic-Con this Friday-Sunday in Artists Alley.
